Meet Our Staff

Scott F. Guinn
LEAD PASTOR 
 
After serving as the pastor of a small church in Boise for 16 years I was called to be an associate pastor at Lakeview in January of 2022. In May of 2024 the congregation made me the lead pastor. 
 
Kristi and I were married in 1991. Twenty years into our marriage we had been unable to conceive or adopt, and we assumed God’s plan was for us to be childless. But then in June of 2011 I received an email regarding a young local woman who had gone in to get an abortion but was turned away because she was too far along under Idaho law. She was looking for someone who would be willing to adopt her soon-to-be-born son. Kristi and I were thrilled to volunteer. Our son, Josiah Scott Guinn, was born in October of 2011. The hospital gave us a room just down the hall from the birth mother. Josiah spent his first night in our room and we took him home the next day. The adoption was finalized just two months later, and our lives have never been the same!
 
I love God, God’s Word, and God’s people, and I am thrilled to be able to minister to His flock as the Lead Pastor of Lakeview Bible Church!

Scott Riggan
WORSHIP  PASTOR 
 
I’m so grateful to be a part of what God is doing at Lakeview Bible Church! 
 
After graduating from Bible College with a BA in Biblical Studies, I relocated to Nashville to work in the music industry as a full-time songwriter and touring musician. 22 years ago, I moved back to Emmett, and during that time I’ve served as Worship Pastor for two different churches in the Treasure Valley. 
 
Over the years, I have continued recording and performing concerts around the globe (four continents and counting!), leading worship for churches and conferences as well as coaching worship leaders and teams. To find out more about my music ministry, visit www.scottriggan.com

Jake Smith
PASTOR OF STUDENT MINISTRIES
 

I have been married to Erica for 10 years. We are former foster parents, with one child of our own on the way. We desire to see every student know God’s love for them, and teach every student how they can respond to that love. We love fellowshipping over dinner, hiking, and photography.

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY COORDINATOR

I am currently the Children’s Ministries Coordinator at Lakeview Bible Church and a student at Christian Leaders Institute. I am working toward my bachelor’s in Christian Leadership with a minor in Divinity. It is my calling to one day be a Children’s Ministries Pastor, to disciple children and families, and to develop and nurture their walk and relationship with Jesus Christ.

Robin Wickstrom

FACILITIES MANAGER
 
I am currently the Facilities Manager here at Lakeview Bible Church and enjoy serving in this capacity.  My wife Paula and I have been members of this church for 12 years. We have served as Sunday School teachers, nursery helpers, and I have served on the Board as a Deacon. 
 
I am retired and enjoy God’s beauty of the great outdoors. I love to fish, hunt, bike, hike, and ski. Paula and I have two adult married children and 5 grandchildren who we love to spend our time with. We are blessed that they live in the area.

Jennifer Good 

CREATIVE ARTS ASSISTANT
 
I have the opportunity to serve as the Creative Arts Assistant at Lakeview Bible Church, as well as lead in the Kids’ Ministry on a monthly basis. Since I was young, I’ve had a heart for kids and a love for creating. I was born and raised in Idaho and graduated from the University of Idaho with a bachelor degree in Education.
 
In 2012, I married my high school sweetheart and we are raising three wonderful boys on an alfalfa farm in Murphy, Idaho. It is our deepest desire to glorify God as we train our children, serve our church body and love others.
 
When I’m not chasing kids, I enjoy DIY projects, thrift shopping and tractor rides with my hubby.

KJ Miller

OFFICE ASSISTANT
 
My husband and I are both Idaho born and raised. We were high school sweethearts and have been married for 28 years. God has blessed us with 3 beautiful children, our oldest of whom is married and has given us two grandchildren. Our second oldest is engaged and running the family farm with his grandpa. We are excited to see what God has planned for his life. Our youngest is a freshman at Nampa Christian High School. We love watching him play sports and grow into a godly young man.
I love serving the Lord at Lakeview and working alongside the amazing Pastors and staff members.

I am a born-and-raised Idahoan. I have the great joy of being a wife to my wonderful husband, Scott, and mom to my precious son, Josiah. I love my family and friends, and above all my Lord Jesus Christ.
